Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the L1023 Kells will be closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with the L1027 Kells to its junction with the R713 Stoneyford today (Thursday) from 7am to 7pm approximately to facilitate roadworks.
Please note traffic disruptions are expected.
