Landmark Kilkenny building to be made available for use

Kilkenny County Council is seeking an Expression of Interest from interested parties regarding the Old Fire Station, at Main Street, Urlingford, Co Kilkenny.

The old Urlingford Fire Station comprises a single storey building, a garage with a full height roller door to the front of the building, and the rear of the building contains an office, kitchenette, locker room, drying room, shower and toilet facilities.

There is a detached steel-clad store/out building to the rear of the enclosed yard at the back of the site  and the building has close links to the M8 and M9 motorways.

Viewing in advance of submission of Expression of Interest is recommended. 

Closing date for submissions of Expression of Interest is Friday, May 23.
