The late Mary Bergin

The death has occurred of Mary Bergin (née Kenny), Rathfarnham, Dublin and late of Kilmanagh, Co. Kilkenny) – August 28, 2018, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the exceptional care of Cedar Ward at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved wife of Francis, devoted mother of Alan and Evelyn, loving Granny to Aoife, Ailish, Pat, Conor and Jack and sister of Jim, Des, Joan and the late Noel and Jack. Sadly missed by her family, daughter-in-law Cassie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home on Thursday (August 30) from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday (August 31) at 11am in the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Ballyboden, followed by burial at Kilmashogue Cemetery.

The late John Campion

The death has occurred of John Campion, Tubrid Castle,  Barna, Woodsgift, Kilkenny E41 y072

John died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Survived by his devoted wife Helen, children Karina, Maria, Thomas, Eimar and John Jr., sons-in-law Gerard, James and Gary, and Thomas' fiancée Aisling. He will be sadly missed by his adoring grandchildren Dara, Orla, Oisin, Sean, Tiernan, Grace, Mia, Cate and Rian, his brothers and sisters Ann, Margaret, Frances, Eamon, Teresa, Tom, Breda, Patricia and Diarmuid. Predeceased by his brother Patrick.

 Reposing at his home on Thursday, August 30th, from 4pm with rosary recited at 8pm. House private before removal to St. Patrick's Church, Graine (E41 AX82) arriving for Requiem Mass Friday at 11am. Burial afterwards in Tubrid Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if so desired, to the Alzheimer's Society Day Centre, Kilkenny and Carlow/ Kilkenny Home Care team.
