AsIAm founder Adam Harris visits Tirlán and Loreto Secondary School in Kilkenny

Karen O’Brien, Head of Talent Management at Tirlán said: “this is a really special event for us as we are looking to create an environment where everyone can flourish.”

Adam Harris said, “autistic people are different thinkers, and when those differences are harnessed correctly, this adds value to the team. We need different ways of thinking within workplaces, to strengthen and deliver the company’s vision and purpose. Autistic people have a huge amount to offer.”
