There was a wonderful atmosphere at Kilkenny City Vocational School today as Leaving Certificate students gathered to receive their long-awaited results.
The hard work, dedication and resilience displayed by these young individuals has truly paid off, with many 'surpassing their expectations'.

Principal McSorley, Deputy Principal Costigan and all members of staff expressed their pride in the 'fantastic achievements' of the class of 2025.
"Their achievements are a testament not only to their commitment but also to the unwavering support they received from their teachers, Special Needs Assistants (SNAs), and the broader school community," the school told Kilkenny Live.
Principal McSorley praised the students for their dedication and perseverance - highlighting the hard work that went into their studies.

Staff also commended parents and guardians for their support throughout the student’s school journey.
The school community wished the graduates every success in their future endeavours, whether in further education, training or employment and expressed a big thank you to all those who supported them along the way.
