Due to a 'Status Orange' snow-ice warning which has issued for County Kilkenny, the Kilkenny & District League have confirmed all local and SFAI games scheduled for this weekend have been postponded.
Met Éireann are warning that 'significant snowfall accumulations' are expected.

They are also warning of potential impacts such as very difficult travelling conditions, poor visibility, travel disruption delays to public transport likely (air, rail, bus), difficult conditions underfoot and animal welfare issues.
