D.J. Carey will manage the Kilkenny team
Both Kilkenny and Tipperary have named strong squads for the benefit hurling match for Amanda Stapleton - sister of formr Tipp hurler Paddy - which will be played in Borrisoleigh on Saturday.
Amanda was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour, and her friends and friends of the family have rallied to her support.
Stars of the past will turn out in force for what should be a great sporting occasions.
Tickets, priced €22.50 for adults, with under-16s free, are available from Centra stores or www.tickets.ie. The match throws in at Bishop Quinlan Park, Borrisoleigh at 6pm.
The Kilkenny team manager will be D.J. Carey. Tipp will be led by Liam Sheedy.
