Water supply is returning to normal for customers in Thomastown, Inistioge and surrounding areas following a large burst to a truck main at the junction of Market Street and Low Street in Thomastown on Friday.
As the network refills and supplies return throughout the day, customers at the end of the network may experience intermittent disruption or low water pressure for a number of hours. Customers may also experience short-term discolouration to their supply.

The traffic management system which was in operation for the duration of the repair works has been lifted.
Uisce Éireann’s Shane Aylward said: "We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to thank the communities for their patience and understanding while crews worked to repair the burst."
Yesterday (Friday), motorists intending on travelling through Thomastown in County Kilkenny were advised to avoid the area as the bridge in the centre of the town became impassible.
That followed a freak incident of flooding in the town earlier today, believed to have been caused by a water main that erupted, causing major damage to the road surface, and flooding the town centre.
Gardaí and emergency services promptly rushed to the scene and cordoned off the area, with some diversions remaining in place.
Crews are now battling hard to repair the damage and return normality to the centre of one of Kilkenny's largest towns.
One local resident remarked to a Kilkenny Live reporter that the scene was 'like a bomb site'.
