Takeaway and restaurant plans lodged for existing shop in Kilkenny

Permission is sought from Kilkenny County Council for partial change of use of a building in Paulstown, County Kilkenny

Plans have been lodged to Kilkenny County Council seeking the partial change of use of an 'existing shop' to 'restaurant and takeaway' at Kellymount, Paulstown, County Kilkenny (R95 AV88).

According to the information submitted with the planning application online, the front of the building is to 'remain as shop'.

Permission is also being sought for new signage to the front elevation and all associated site works.

The application is awaiting validation from Kilkenny County Council.

A decision, subject to the application's validation, is expected from the local authority by July 21, 2025.
