Auctioneer, Joe Coogan
Joe Coogan Auctioneer recently offered circa 41 acres for sale (at Ballinaboley, Leighlinbridge, Co Carlow) last Friday afternoon, August 8.
The lands are presently in tillage. There were three very active bidders.

Bidding commenced at €700,000, with 49 individual bids from two local auctioneers and one solicitor. The lands sold for €1,050,000.
This and recent auctions indicate that there are many land buyers.

The auction was held at his auction room Ballycomey House, Castlecomer, Kilkenny with a good attendance on the day.
