The Newpark Hotel in Kilkenny has been named 'Best Wedding Venue in Leinster' at the prestigious weddingsonline Awards, one of Ireland’s most recognised honours for excellence across the wedding industry.
Open to venues and suppliers nationwide, the weddingsonline Awards celebrate businesses that consistently deliver exceptional experiences for couples planning their wedding day.
Winners are chosen following a rigorous process involving shortlisting and evaluation by an independent panel of 17 judges who assess venues on the quality of their offering, reputation, innovation and overall customer experience.
This latest achievement marks a special period for the hotel, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary.

Last month, at the Gold Medal Hotel Awards the city based hotel was recognised as being one of Ireland’s top destinations for family breaks when named, 'Best Family Friendly Hotel' for the third consecutive year.
Furthermore, the hotel is also currently shortlisted in several categories at the upcoming Wedding Awards 2026, where public voting contributes to the final results. The nominations include Best Wedding Team, Best Wedding Coordinator/Team in Leinster, Best Wedding Hotel in Leinster, and Best City/Town/Urban Venue.
