Kilkenny Courthouse
Kilkenny Circuit Court is to hold a trial for a man charged with two sexual offences.
At the district court, state solicitor Gerry Meaney said the man is charged with two offences, including sexual assault.

A book of evidence was presented in the case and the court heard the Director of Public Prosecutions had consented to the matter going forward for trial to the next sitting of the circuit court, in February.
Judge Geraldine Carthy gave the usual alibi warning and the case was sent forward.
