The death has occurred of Bernard Bissett, 14 An Choill Rua, Paulstown, Kilkenny, and formerly of Nottingham, U.K. Predeceased by Maura, his parents Patricia and Ben, brothers John and Paul, deeply regretted by his loving wife Bernie, brother Chris, sister Patricia, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Remains arriving at The Church of The Assumption Paulstown on Friday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in The Holy Family Cemetery Paulstown.
The death has occurred of Sr. Agnes Phelan at Maryfield Nursing Home, Chapelizod on October 28. Formerly of Coolnaleen, Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Mary and her brothers Fr. Dick, Tommy and John. Sadly missed by her sisters Kitty, Eileen, Sr. Michelle, Peggy and her brothers Paddy and Jim, her Community in Chapelizod and Manor House, Raheny.
Removal to Maryfield Chapel on Thursday, October 30, at 4.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday 31st at 11am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
The death has occurred of John Gantley, Woodstock Lodge, Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of South Circular Road, Dublin peacefully at University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family. John will be sadly missed by his loving wife Martina, sons David and Evan, daughters Chloe and Heather, grandsons Fionn, Alex, Owen and James, parents Betty and John Gantely, brother Mark, sisters Suzanne and Niamh, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, extended family and friends.
Reposing at the Mercy Side Chapel, Church of the Assumption, Thomastown from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, October 30, pausing for prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem mass on Friday, October 31, at 10.30am in St Columcille's Church, Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny followed by removal to Newlands Cross Crematorium, Dublin for service at 2pm. House private please. The death has occurred of Margaret Cuddihy (née Kelly), Ballyhendricken, Ballycallan, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Ballingarry (SR), Co. Tipperary. Margaret passed away on October 29, 2025, peacefully, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny. Beloved wife of Billy and much loved mother of Liz, John. Martina, Olivia and the late Ella. Margaret will be dearly missed by her loving family, brother Eamon, daughter-in-law Frances, sons-in-law Paul, Martin and Damien, grandchildren Alan, Clara, Ava, Bill, Eimear, Jack, Sophie and Fiadh, sister-in-law Bridget, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
