Peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Pre-deceased by his parents Patrick and Mary, his brothers Michael and Tommy and his sisters Cathy and Marie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Sally, his children Sarah, James, Chris and Kevin, grandchildren Chloe, Josh and Molly, Amy, Croía and Sorcha Jayme, Caoimhe and Jack, and Lottie, great grandson Séimí, son-in-law Johnny, daughters-in-law Hayley, Laura and Tara, mother-in-law Sadie, brothers Jack and Paddy, sisters Bid, Josie, Rita and Anne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposing in Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan (Eircode R95 Y443) on Friday, November 14, from 4pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm. Funeral arriving to The Church of the Assumption, Callan (Eircode R95 VK82) for Requiem Mass on Saturday, November 15, at 12 noon. Burial will follow afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan. The death has occurred of Edward (Teddy) O'Neill, Bowden's Court and formerly Maryville, Castlecomer, Kilkenny, and London. Edward passed at Saint James's Hospital, Dublin, on November 12, 2025. Pre-deceased by his parents Michael (Sonny) and Kathleen O'Neill, brother Michael, son Edward and daughter Margaret. Teddy will be sadly missed by his surviving daughters Amanda and Elizabeth, their partners Christopher and Jonathan, grandchildren Hannah, Ryan, Daniel, Luke and Casey and his great-grandchildren, his brothers Liam and Sean, sister-in-law Eileen and nieces Danielle, Debbie and Donna, extended Family, including cousins and his wide circle of friends.

The death has occurred of Rui Lopes, Main Street, Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny and formerly Lisboa, Portugal, on November 12, 2025, peacefully in the loving care of staff at Marymount Hospice, Cork. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his mother Maria do Cèu, son Diogo, sister Rita, brother-in-law Miguel, nephew João, his work colleagues at Bernard Kavanagh and sons, Urlingford especially Tiago, extended family and a wide circle of friends both in Ireland and Lisboa, Portugal.
