The late Eamon Ryan

The death has occurred of Eamon Ryan, 9 Woodlawn, Bennettsbridge, Kilkenny.
Ryan (late of 9 Woodlawn, Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny) 16th April 2017, unexpectedly, in New York, Eamon, beloved son of Edward (Ned) and Anne and much loved brother of David and Sandra, sadly missed by his loving family, his partner Grace, brother-in-law Martin, sister-in-law Sinéad, nephews and nieces, uncles and aunts, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home in Bennettsbridge from 3 o'clock on Sunday (23rd April) with Rosary at 7 o'clock. Removal on Monday morning to St. Bennett's Church, Bennettsbridge, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11 o'clock. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust (kevinbellrepatriationtrust.com). Donation box in Church.

The late Desmond (Des) Scahill

The death has occurred of Desmond (Des) Scahill, Main St, Piltown, Kilkenny.
Suddenly, Des father of the late David. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Helen, sons Pat, Colm and Raymond, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Walsh's Funeral Home, Carrick-on-Suir on Friday (April 21st) from 5.30pm with removal at 7.00pm to the Church of the Assumption, Piltown. Funeral Mass on Saturday (April 22nd) at 11.00am followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

The late Thomas (Tommy) Rhatigan

The death has occurred of Thomas (Tommy) Rhatigan, St. Fiacre's Place, Kilkenny City, Kilkenny.
Thomas (Tommy) Rhatigan, St. Fiacre's Place, Kilkenny. Died the 19th of April 2017 (suddenly) at his home. Beloved brother of Noreen, Ann, Jimmy and John. He will be sadly missed by his sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Hehir's Funeral Home from 5p.m. on Thursday with Funeral Prayers at 6.30p.m. followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church. Funeral on Friday after 11a.m. Requiem Mass to Foulkstown Cemetery.

 

The late Agnes Byrne (née McMonagle)

The death has occurred of Agnes Byrne (née McMonagle), St. Rita's, The Square, Freshford, Kilkenny.
Late of Glenties Co. Donegal and Byrne's Foodstore, Freshford. Wife of the late Seamus. In the loving care of the staff of St. Catherine's Nursing Home, Freshford. Deeply regretted by her daughters, Catherine, Barbara, Rosalie, sons, Adrian, Roger, Seamus, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, sister Nellie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her residence on Wednesday from 3 o'clock with Rosary at 9 o'clock. Funeral Prayers on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock followed by removal to St. Lachtain's Church for Funeral Mass at 12 o'clock. Burial afterwards in St. Lachtain's Cemetery.
