It’s time to get your head spinning and ideas rolling ahead of the annual 'wheelbarrow parade' on St Patrick's Day in Thomastown, County Kilkenny.
The parade has become a much-loved tradition in the 'Town, where participants are challenged to get creative by making eye-catching floats using a wheelbarrow as a base.
The theme for this year's wheelbarrow parade is “Anything Goes!”, and according to organisers, "this means the only limit is your imagination!"
According to a statement released ahead of the much-anticipated event: "Superheroes? Fairies? Farmers? Rockstars? A wheelbarrow turned pirate ship? A rolling rainbow? If you can dream it, you can wheel it!
"As part of our St Patrick's Day celebrations here in Thomastown, we’re inviting individuals, families, groups, clubs, businesses and associations to take part."

A cash prize will also be up for grabs for the 'best wheelbarrow' and there will be cash prizes across multiple categories — so everyone has a chance to win!
As well as the parade, there will also be music, face painting, traditional Irish dancing, delicious food and a children’s disco on the day.
"It’s set to be a fantastic community day full of colour, laughter, and good old craic," organisers stated.
"Register now and start planning your masterpiece on wheels! Tag your friends, rally your club, challenge your neighbours and let’s make this the best wheelbarrow parade yet!"
