Kildare manager Brian Dowling admitted it was 'strange' to face his native county in last Sunday's Walsh Shield Final but claimed he was '100% in with Kildare for 60 minutes'. - FULL AUDIO BELOW

"It's a strange one for me. When I took over this job I didn't think I'd be managing against Kilkenny at any stage, that was never on my radar but it's the way it turned out," Dowling told the Kilkenny People Sport Podcast.

"Look, I was 100% in with Kildare for 60 minutes today but outside of that obviously I'm a Kilkenny man and whenever we're finished I'll be shouting for Kilkenny that's for sure," he added.
