Tara McGrath (DCU) and Katie Byrne (UCD)
It was a family affair in the Ashbourne Cup Semi Final between DCU and UCD last week as cousins Katie Byrne (UCD) and Tara McGrath (DCU) put family loyalty to one side for 60 minutes.
UCD prevailed by a point but subsequently lost to UCC by a point in the Ashbourne Cup Final.
The victory marked a 33rd title for the Cork college and a first since 2003.
