Plans have been lodged seeking to develop 19 housing units at Friary Walk, Clashacollare, Callan, County Kilkenny.
The houses are planned to be a mix of semi-detached and terraced housing units.
Also sought is permission for proposed boundary treatments, landscaping and all associated site development works.
The road network and services are planned to connect to the existing residential development known as Friary Walk.
The application is currently awaiting validation from Kilkenny County Council.
