Kilkenny gardaí's Roads Policing Unit caught a 'right chancer' while on patrol locally last week, arresting a disqualified road user.
The driver, who was serving a six year disqualification had somehow managed to secure a new licence by deception.

"Unfortunately though the system was against him and he was arrested for this AND drink driving. He later left the station on Shank's Mare with a bundle of charge sheets," a post to the An Garda Síochana Facebook page read.
