Eriglenda Holdings Ltd have lodged a planning application with Kilkenny County Council for a new carpark with 37 spaces in Narrabaun South in Kilmacow.
Plans also include a new entrance and access road to 13 serviced residential plots, green space for public use, landscaping, boundary treatments, foul and storm drainage, watermain, footpaths, site lighting and all associated site works.
A decision is expected from Kilkenny County Council early in 2026.
