Tractor fan? The Kilkenny village of Clogh is calling this weekend!

Tractors big and small will take to the roads around Clogh this Sunday, September 6, for the much-anticipated annual Clogh Monster Tractor Run.

Promising to be a great family day out, a display of vintage cars will also add to the occasion.

Registration gets underway at 10.30am, and organisers are hoping for another strong turnout of participants and spectators from Kilkenny and surrounding counties.

Funds raised from this year’s event will support two important local causes – Clogh Community Council and St Patrick’s NS, Clogh.

The proceeds will go towards the maintenance of the local walking track and the continued development of the school, which recently saw the construction of two state-of-the-art classrooms.

The local committee has expressed its sincere gratitude for the tremendous support the tractor run continues to receive as it strengthens year-on-year.

Following the run, the festivities will continue with a monster raffle and food kindly sponsored by Power Catering.
