Dancing with the Stars returns this Sunday evening to celebrate a very special milestone - it’s 100th Episode!

Seven All-Stars will return to the ballroom as part of a never-before-seen twist. This week, each of the seven couples will be mentored by a contestant from one of the previous eight seasons.

The couples will be challenged with having to redo, reimagine and reinterpret some of the All-Stars’ most iconic dances from their season. Although not actually dancing on the night, each mentor will visit their couple in the rehearsal room to advise them during the week and will also be on-hand live on Sunday to cheer them on.

After scoring three tens last week, Rose of Tralee, Katelyn Cummins and her partner Leonardo Lini will return with a Viennese Waltz inspired by Season Three winner Mairéad Ronan’s semi-final performance to “You Are the Reason” by Calum Scott and Leona Lewis.

Since Dancing with the Stars burst onto screens in January 2017, the show has seen over 100 celebrities do over 1,000 dances and this weekend we look back on some of the most memorable moments of all.

If that wasn’t enough nostalgia the audience will be filled with former Dancing with the Stars alumni from the previous eight seasons, who will also give some of their favourite moments from the last decade of dance.

The two couples with the lowest combined points from the judges and public will face-off against each other in the Dance-Off.

Dancing with the Stars returns Sunday, 6:30pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.
