An Bord Pleanála
The fate of a robotic milking facility in County Kilkenny now lies in the hands of An Bord Pleanála.
A third party appeal has been lodged against the decision of Kilkenny County Council to grant permission for the development.
The facility, to include slurry storage/dairy washings tanks, a cubicle area, an office, dairy, plant room and ancillary concrete works is planned for a site at Killaloe, Callan, County Kilkenny.
A final decision is now expected from An Bord Pleanála by September 11, 2023.
