A planning application has been lodged for an ‘8 meters by 12 meters outdoor fenced area to house a wellness and sauna facility’ in Kilkenny City.
The development address is listed as: MacDonagh Junction, Highhayes, Kilkenny.

The applicant is also seeking permission for all associated site works.
