We were all proud watching them on television, and the girls of the Presentation choir are home now and still elated after their fantastic performances on Britain's Got Talent.

“It was truly the most amazing experience of our lives, and one which none of us will ever forget,” says choral director Veronica McCarron.

“We know we represented the whole of Kilkenny and Ireland with joy, pride, refinement, accomplishment, and respect. And that is the lasting legacy of the competition. that we showed the whole of the UK, and the wider world, what wonderful young people we have in Ireland. The girls will take those memories with them until the day they leave this good earth.”

The choir is having a celebration breakfast tomorrow (Thursday) morning in Langtons's at 10am.
