There are 13 patients waiting on trolleys in the emergency department at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny today and a further six patients waiting on the wards.
Nationally, there are 448 admitted patients waiting for beds this morning, 353 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while there are 95 patients in hospital wards elsewhere.
That’s according to the latest daily INMO trolley watch figures.
