Gardaí recently highlighted an encounter the roads policing unit had with a motorist in Kilkenny.
The driver failed a roadside drugs test for cannabis and was found to be without insurance.

The sample was sent to the Medical Bureau of Road Safety for further analysis.
That wasn't all. Gardaí were subsequently shocked to discover a quantity of suspected cannabis herb.
